A facilitated workshop will be held to understand Elected Members key drivers which will inform the future contract model to be developed when the Maintenance Contract is rebid.

This workshop is Publicly Excluded under the following legislation: 

This resolution is made in reliance on section 48(1)(a) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 and the particular interest or interests protected by Section 6 or Section 7 of that Act which would be prejudiced by the holding of the whole or relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting in public, as follows:

7(2)(b)(ii)   To protect information that would otherwise unreasonably prejudice a person’s commercial position.

This workshop will incorporate one offered by Stats NZ with Census 2023 issues that most affect Council, which include Ethnicity, Economic Circumstances, Weather Impacts, Social Attitudes to government, Safety, Remote vs Urban issues, and police liaison etc.....
