Notice is hereby given pursuant to Clause 11(d) Tenth Schedule, Local Government Act 1974 that Waikato District Council intends to close the length and width of Holmes Road at Horotiu to vehicular traffic.
Pedestrian, cycle and emergency vehicle access is still available.
The closure takes immediate effect from the date of publication of this notice, and will continue until otherwise publically notified.
This notice is given pursuant to the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974.
