Unformed Pukemiro Mine Road
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Clause 11(d) Tenth Schedule, Local Government Act 1974 that Waikato District Council intends to close the length and width of the unformed portion of Pukemiro Mine Road, from (NZGD 2000/ New Zealand Transverse Mercator Coordinate System) coordinate x1780066 /y5834286 to coordinate x1780247/y5834626, to vehicular and pedestrian traffic, to enable earthworks and stabilisation to be carried out.
The closure takes immediate effect from the date of publication of this notice, and will continue until otherwise publically notified.
This notice is given pursuant to the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974.
