Proposed temporary road closures: Targa NZ 2020

Notice is hereby given that Waikato District Council, for allowing Club Targa Inc to hold the Targa New Zealand 2020 tarmac rally, proposes to temporarily close a number of roads in the Waikato District on Saturday 17 October and Sunday 18 October.

Change to Water Supply Charges for 2020/2021

Council is proposing to re-instate a Temporary Water Rate of $335.59 last charged in the 2017/2018 rating year on 1 July 2020 for properties that are connected to Council supply but have no water meter that can calculate a volumetric charge for water use.
