Pursuant to section 181 of the Local Government Act 2002, Waikato District Council hereby notifies its intention to carry out works on the following land:
- Unit 1 – 32 Queen Street NGARUAWAHIA
- Unit 11 – 30 Queen Street NGARUAWAHIA
- 53 C Herschel Street NGARUAWAHIA
- 52 Great South Road NGARUAWAHIA
- 21 E River Road NGARUAWAHIA
- 26 Waikato Esplanade NGARUAWAHIA
The proposed works are to locate and install separate water supplies to each dwelling located on the properties with an allocated water meter located outside the property boundary on the public roadside.
