Notice is hereby given that Waikato District Council, for the purpose of allowing of the construction of a new cattle underpass on Tahuna Road, will close the following road for the period set out below.
During the road closure, the site will be manned by Traffic Management staff during the entire time the road is closed, and there will be detour routes in place.
Date and times of the closures to ordinary vehicle traffic are as follows:
Tahuna Road - between the intersection with State Highway 1 to Frost Road from 12:01am Monday 19th November 2018 until 6:00pm Friday 23rd November.
While the road is closed to through traffic on Tahuna Road, access to/from properties within the closure will not be affected.
If the scheduled work is completed earlier, the road will be re-opened accordingly.
This notice is given pursuant to the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974.
