Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991
Waikato District Council has received the following application:
Applicant: Lakeside Developments 2017 Limited
Proposal: Application for a Landuse Consent to establish a sales precinct comprising a sales office and five show homes on a Rural Zoned site at the end of Scott Road, Te Kauwhata. The site is subject to a Plan Change application to enable urbanisation of the site which is yet to be notified, heard or determined. It is proposed that the sales precinct be constructed in advance of the Plan Change to provide information about the Plan Change and to market the type of housing which will be available should the Plan Change be successful.
Location: 95 Scott Road TE KAUWHATA being LOT 3 DP 489788 as comprised in Certificate of Title 705543.
The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
