Stage 1 Proposed Rezoning
At its meeting held on 13 February 2017, the Waikato District Council resolved, to make operative all the provisions of Plan Change 17 Ngaruawahia and Surrounding Villages Stage 1 Proposed Rezoning to the Waikato District Plan.Accordingly, the above plan change will become operative on Friday 24 February 2017.
Notified on 15 and 17 February 2017 in the North Waikato News and Waikato Times respectively, pursuant to Clause 20 of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act 1991.
