Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Pokeno Community Committee will be held in the Pokeno Community Hall, Cnr Great South Road, and Market Street, Pokeno on Tuesday 10 May 2016 commencing at 7.30pm.
This is the first official meeting of the new Community Committee where the Chair, Deputy Chair and Secretary will be appointed.
The Waikato District Council Annual Plan 2016/17 will be an agenda item as well as an update on Pokeno Development.
Note: In the event that the business of any Committee is not concluded on the advertised date, the meeting may be continued on a later date scheduled by the Committee prior to adjournment.
