The Waikato District Council has prepared a Summary of Decisions Requested by Submitters to Plan Change 14 – Raglan Rezone of the Waikato District Plan.
The Summary of Submissions is available on the Council’s website www.waikatodistrict.govt.nz
Copies of the Summary, the Submissions and of the Plan Change may also be inspected from Friday 8 April 2016 at Council offices or on Council’s website www.waikatodistrict.govt.nz/sayit
The Summary is being notified according to Clause 7 of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991. Submissions can be made via Council’s website as noted above or submission forms may be obtained from any of the offices and libraries, or may be downloaded from the Council’s website and must state whether or not you wish to be heard.
Any person who makes a further submission to the Council must, within 5 working days, serve a copy of the further submission on the person who made the original submission.
All further submissions must be received no later than 4.00pm Friday 22 April 2016 to the Waikato District Council at one of the the following addresses for service:
