Notice is hereby given that the Waikato District Council proposes to stop in sections, the portion of unnamed, unformed off Devine Road at Tamahere as described in the First Schedule.
First Schedule (Road to be stopped and amalgamated)
983 sqm being Section 2 SO 496298
1477 sqm being Section 3 SO 496298
937 sqm being Section 4 SO 496298
It is proposed that once stopped, that Section 2 SO 496298 be amalgamated with Lot 4 DP 493406 contained in CFR 719559 to remain in Council ownership; that Section 3 SO 496298 be amalgamated with Lot 1 DP 493406 contained in CFR 719557 to become Local Purpose Reserve to remain in Council ownership; and that Section 4 SO 496298 be amalgamated with Lot 2 DP 493406 contained in CFR 719558 to become Recreation Reserve to remain in Council ownership.
A plan showing the proposal is available for viewing at the Waikato District Council Service Centre at 15 Galileo Street Ngaruawahia.
Objections to the proposal, giving grounds for objection, must be made by any person claiming to be affected, and addressed to:
