At its meeting held on 14 December 2015 the Waikato District Council resolved, to make operative all the provisions of Variation 13 to Plan Change 14 to the Franklin sections of the Waikato District Plan, Private Plan Change 12 Rangitahi Peninsula, Raglan Land Company and Plan Change 19 Election Signs, District-wide.
Accordingly, all the above plan changes will become operative on Monday 18 January 2016.
