Pursuant to s54 and s119 of the Reserves Act 1977, Waikato District Council hereby notifies its intention to grant a lease of two (2) years to Waka Tangata o Te Awhinamai, subject to one (1) further right of renewal.
The land intended to be leased is within the Les Batkin Reserve at Tuakau being part of Lot 1 DP 49604.
In accordance with s120 of the Reserves Act 1977, written submissions on the proposal will be received up until 30 October 2015 and should be sent to:
