Notice is hereby given that the extraordinary Council meeting previously advertised for Tuesday, 23 June 2015 at 1.15pm will now commence on Tuesday 30 June 2015 at 9.00am to adopt the Long Term Plan and rates resolution at the Waikato District Council, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia.
Note: In the event that the business of any Committee is not concluded on the advertised dates, the meeting may be continued on a later date scheduled by the Committee prior to adjournment.
This notice is given under section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
