Notice is hereby given that Waikato District Council, for the purpose of allowing RUN NZ to hold the Huntly Half Marathon, will close the roads outlined for the periods set out below.
During the road closures the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic, which would otherwise use the roads.
• The road sections will be manned at intersections by clearly identifiable marshals equipped with radio communication and access will be provided in the event of an emergency.
• Emergency services will have access at all times.
RUN NZ appreciates the cooperation of the Huntly community for any inconvenience caused.
