Notice is hereby given that the Waikato District Council proposes to stop in sections, the portion of unformed Kernott Road from Horotiu Bridge Road to the Waikato River Esplanade as described in the First Schedule.
First Schedule (Road to be stopped and amalgamated)
2484 sqm being Section 1 SO 482139
4216 sqm being Section 2 SO 482139
It is proposed that once stopped, that Section 1 SO 482139 be amalgamated with the adjoining land being Lot 6 DP 12221 contained in certificate of title SA 702/184 and that Section 2 SO 482139 be amalgamated with the adjoining land being Lot 1 DP 372588 contained in certificate of title CFR 293668.
A plan showing the proposal is available for viewing at the Waikato District Council Service Centre at 15 Galileo Street Ngaruawahia.
Objections to the proposal, giving grounds for the objection, must be made by any person claiming to be affected, and addressed to:
