Waikato District Council gives notice that it has made its decision on submissions and further submissions received on Variation 13 to Plan Change 14 to the Waikato District Plan (Franklin Section).
Pursuant to clause 10(5) of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, Variation 13 is amended in accordance with that decision.
All persons who made submissions or further submissions have been sent a notice of the decision pursuant to clause 11 of Schedule 1.
The Decision version of Variation 13 is available for public inspection at all Council offices and libraries from 12 March 2015 and can also be viewed on Council’s website www.waikatodc.govt.nz
The notification date for this decision is 12 March 2015.
