Power Weed Control, under contract to Downer, will be undertaking roadside spraying for Waikato District Council in the urban area of Raglan from next week. This includes roadsides in the 50km zone.
Spraying takes place when weather permits and the work is expected to start on Monday 14 December and will be carried out over the next few months.
Residents who do not want the area surrounding their property sprayed should apply to be added to the Waikato District Council “No Spray” register: http://www.waikatodistrict.govt.nz/Services/Roading-and-transportation/Roadside-verge-maintenance.aspx
