This extraordinary meeting of Council is called to present the following items:

• Electoral System
• Bring the recommended plan text and maps of the District Plan review Stage 2 (natural hazards), and seek approval to notify Stage 2,.and Variation 2 to Stage 1.  This item will be considered with the public excluded.
