The Ngaruawahia Community Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month, excluding January, April, July and October.  The December meeting is scheduled for the first Tuesday owing to the shorter month with Council closing.  The Chair can decide closer to the date if a December meeting is required.

The meetings are scheduled to commence at 6.15pm in the Committee Rooms, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia.

A Public Forum will be held at 5.45pm prior to the commencement of the meeting. All members of the public are invited to attend.
